Group ACT Class Registration Form
Mary Lee Bunch Associates offers preparation classes that correspond with the national ACT testing dates for each semester. The class is designed to cover the four subject areas of the test: English, including grammar, punctuation, usage, and rhetorical skills; mathematics, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and II, Geometry and Trigonometry; reading comprehension, including reading in context and reading for speed and accuracy; and science reasoning, including interpreting charts, graphs, and tables. The class also emphasizes timing and test-taking skills.
The fee for the class is $495.00. The class will meet for the 4 consecutive weeks prior to each testing date, at our location in Brentwood (address below). Thursday classes will be from 5pm-7pm. Sunday classes will be from 2pm-4pm. We also do a special daily class schedule in the summer which will meet 11:00am-1:30pm with lunch provided for four consecutive days. To enroll, complete this form and submit payment using the payment link at the bottom of the page. Payment must be received by the date of the first class. No refunds will be given for missed sessions. If a student is absent for any reason, the instructor will give the student the material that was covered during that class.
NOTE: This is a registration form for a test prep class, NOT the ACT test itself. Please visit www.act.org to register for the ACT.
